Reverie meets Reality
Tammy--At the age of thirteen Tammy's father inspired her dream when he
baked and decorated her 13th birthday cake. Decorated with the
most basic of tools, the colors and designs her father created left an
impression on her. Many years later Tammy had the opportunity to
train in the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating and from there it was
practice, practice, practice. Several years later "All Occasion
Cakes" was born and Tammy has since made hundreds of custom designed
cakes for many happy customers who travel from all over the province to
partake in the experience of creating their very own custom-designed
cake.
Tammy now teaches the "Wilton Method" as a certified Wilton
